Launch Program

The LAUNCH program is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate college students interested in marketing to gain valuable work experience and fulfill their internship requirements. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the marketing industry, giving them a real-world understanding of the field.

Program Overview

What You’ll Do:

  • Work on real marketing projects, using industry-leading marketing software to achieve your goals.
  • Attend training sessions to improve your marketing skills and knowledge.
  • Be guided by experienced marketing professionals who will provide support and guidance every step of the way

Schedule:

  • The LAUNCH program is a 10-week program with a flexible schedule.
  • Interns are expected to work 10 to 15 hours per week, allowing them to balance the program with their other commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least one year of college coursework.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about the marketing industry and excited to learn new skills and technologies.

Areas of Study

The Social Media Internship will give you real-world agency experience and allow you to work with a variety of clients in different industries. You’ll learn how to develop content marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and improve your photography/videography skills. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with members of our team as well as have the freedom to work on your own independent projects.

What will you do?

  • You’ll be going on-site to clients’ offices throughout Connecticut to capture engaging photos and videos.
  • You will help generate ideas and create content for our clients’ brands.
  • You will work with a variety of clients ranging from small local businesses to large national companies.
  • You will help brainstorm ideas on how our clients can grow their social media presence and fulfill their content marketing goals.

Are you a fit?

  • You are able to commute to Shelton, CT and surrounding towns.
  • You are enthusiastic, an eager learner, and a creative thinker.
  • You have knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok.
  • You have experience in videography and photography.
  • You have experience with design platforms like Canva or Adobe Express (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

The Web Design Internship will give you real-world agency experience and allow you to work with a variety of clients in different industries.

You’ll learn how to utilize typical content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. You will also learn how to maintain existing websites and design new websites.

What will you do?

  • You will learn how to use WordPress CMS along with Beaver Builder for visual editing purposes.
  • You will learn how to build wireframes and/or layouts for web page design.
  • You will work with a variety of clients ranging from small local businesses to large national companies.

Are you a fit?

  • You are passionate about web design, user experience, and/or content marketing.
  • You already have some experience or at least an understanding of basic web design or editing through various Content Management Systems such as Squarespace, Godaddy website builder, WordPress, Wix, Weebly, etc.

Schedule:

10 Week Session @ 10-15hrs/week

Aligned with most college/university semesters (fall, winter, spring, summer)

Compensation:

Unpaid Internship / May qualify for internship credit at your educational institution*
